We are steadfast in our commitment to creating delicious sake by fusing tradition and the latest technology. We aim for a world where everyone involved in sake can lead richer lives, driving proceeds back to the producers of rice and sake, consumers of our beverages, and to the Earth itself. Therefore, we eschew excessive advertising and overwrought production methods.
We believe that the new form of luxury must be born out of a love of nature. Therefore, F1625's products are streamlined, eliminating the excessive packaging that has become the norm. We also pursue activities like using a portion of sales to support farmers, as well as reducing the carbon footprint of rice production on through to distribution.
F1625 does not disclose the rice polishing ratio or whether a particular sake is of the ginjo variety. Out of a true respect for nature, we do not pursue showy, marketing-driven brews with highly-polished, impossibly refined daiginjo and the like. We take care to customize the brew to that year's harvest of rice and ensure that the production process is relevant to that year's vintage. The true taste of quality rice and water cannot be expressed in numbers and percentages, after all. We want our patrons to join us in going back to a more authentic, sensory way of experiencing sake with the five senses, rather than as a set of numbers.
Please note that F1625's sake is not widely available to the general public. In order to maintain the highest quality, our materials are carefully selected and produced through a manufacturing process that takes considerable time and effort, so only a very small number of bottles can be brewed. Moreover, we want our sake to reach true aficionados and connoisseurs. We currently employ a by-invitation system, whereby new customers require an invitation from an existing member to join. Thank you for your understanding.
